Everyone wants it to do well so the more you put in the more you get out I guess.
I (for one) love author blogs!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14379159908572573355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9133731615470292790.post-48561045490564987522010-04-08T12:14:47.418+01:002010-04-08T12:14:47.418+01:00Thanks Becky!

The more an author is able to do, the more a publisher is going to be encouraged to provide support and budget for a title.

I also think that the kind of word of mouth following created by an author genuinely blogging about their books and thoughts is invaluable.

hmmmm cheese...Liz Scottnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9133731615470292790.post-38614617369031712542010-04-08T10:49:54.746+01:002010-04-08T10:49:54.746+01:00That interview was very *funny*. I am a borderline angel book obsessive LOL. I like people who have author or bookish obsessions. There should be a special club for us folks.

Question
I'm wondering if authors are now contracted to do all these extra things as part of their book deal: blogging, tweeting, school/ library visits?

And what is it with this cheese thing? I just *don't* get it.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14379159908572573355noreply@blogger.com
